1. Return Requirements
We offer a 14-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return. To qualify, items must remain in their original condition: unused, unopened, and with all tags intact. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns not involving damage. We recommend tracked postage to ensure your return reaches our facility safely for processing.
2. Excluded Final Sales
To maintain health and hygiene standards, several items are exempt from returns. This includes vitamins, supplements with broken seals, personal care products, and any skincare items already opened. Perishable goods and items designated as 'Final Sale' are also non-refundable. We prioritize the safety of our customers through these strict sanitary guidelines.
3. Resolution for Damages
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If an item is defective or incorrect, notify our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. 4. Global Transit & Customs
As we ship internationally, delivery times vary. An order is officially classified as 'lost' after 60 days from the dispatch date without tracking updates. Mysty Bazaar cannot held be liable for delays or seizures resulting from local customs regulations. Refunds are not provided for refused deliveries or customs-related hold-ups.
